During the current COVID-19 pandemic, it is important to keep your mental health top of mind. Many of us are experiencing new stress in our daily lives as we navigate all the change and uncertainty brought on by this virus.

To help you handle this pandemic-related anxiety, Dr. Carson Felkel, system medical director behavioral health, and Dr. Aimee Drescher, a clinical psychologist, have teamed up to host a video series where they will share tips and advice.

Stress during this back-to-school season is the first topic they are covering. Hear Dr. Felkel and Dr. Drescher draw on their personal experiences with their families during this pandemic. They explain why many of us might be feeling anxiety to help normalize these feelings. They also provide great self-care tips and other ways you can help your entire family cope during this time. The goal of this video is to offer perspective and tips for adjusting to this school year during a pandemic.
