Did you know the Bon Secours Legacy Early College Health Center is a primary care practice?
It offers care to patients ages 4 and up, helping to manage chronic conditions and treat primary care concerns, such as urinary tract and upper respiratory infections.
Stephanie Buhr, APRN-CNP, who has been with our ministry since January of 2022, is one of the providers you can see at this facility.
“I was drawn to the health center’s desire to help the underserved in our community,” Stephanie shares.
The health center is convenient for the scholars and staff of Legacy Early College as well as for the City View/Parker communities. We have a caring team of professionals who are bilingual in Spanish and make all our patients feel comfortable in establishing their medical home.
For Stephanie, what she enjoys most as a provider here is the “shared vision and mission amongst our staff.”
She adds, “We meet crucial needs of our community and treat acute and chronic conditions.”
Stephanie stresses the importance of scheduling an appointment to get established with a primary care provider.
“Having a primary care provider can not only prevent disease, but we are also there if something comes up to get you care or help you need.”
